2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title when you sign up or contact us.
• Company information: business name, industry, website, and target market details provided during onboarding.
• Payment data: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage analytics: how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.
• Email activity data: metadata about emails sent on your behalf, including open rates, reply rates, and bounce information.
• Call activity data: AI call logs, call duration, outcomes, and transcripts generated during automated outreach.
• Prospect data: contact information for business prospects sourced through third-party data providers on your behalf.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Deliver and operate the StratifyOne Lead Engine service.
• Run AI-powered prospecting to identify and score potential leads for your business.
• Send personalised email outreach campaigns on your behalf.
• Conduct AI-powered phone calls to qualified prospects.
• Book meetings and manage your sales pipeline.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Improve our platform, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• Send transactional emails about your account, campaigns, and meetings booked.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Stripe (payments): processes subscription payments securely. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Supabase (database and authentication): stores account data and platform information. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
• Resend (transactional email): delivers system emails and outreach on your behalf. See Resend Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with the services listed above as necessary to operate the platform.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Campaign data (email logs, call logs, prospect lists) will be deleted within 90 days of account cancellation.

If you are based in the UK or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR:

Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StratifyOne Lead Engine platform ("Service") provided by StratifyOne Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 16279215 ("we", "us", "our").

By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The StratifyOne Lead Engine is an AI-powered B2B sales automation platform. The Service includes:

• AI-powered prospect identification and scoring.
• Automated personalised email outreach sent on your behalf.
• AI-powered phone calls made to qualified prospects using our voice agent.
• Meeting booking and calendar integration.
• Campaign analytics and reporting.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Plans start from £999 per month. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the date you first subscribe.
• Prices are listed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform or by contacting us at admin@stratifyone.com. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of a billing period.
• All active campaigns will stop at the end of your billing period.
• You may export your data within 30 days of cancellation.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information during onboarding.
• Ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Accept that AI-generated outreach (emails and calls) is sent on your behalf and reflects your business.

6. AI Outreach Disclaimer

Our AI voice agent and email system act on your behalf when contacting prospects. While we take every reasonable step to ensure outreach is professional, accurate, and compliant, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are ultimately responsible for the outreach conducted under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

• Your data: you retain full ownership of all business data, prospect lists, and content you provide to us.
• Our platform: all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, branding, and AI models, belong to StratifyOne Ltd.
• You grant us a limited licence to use your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, meetings, or sales outcomes.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold StratifyOne Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that could harm other users or our reputation. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
